Vero Boyer is the founder and owner of EcoDesignSD, a licensed landscape and interior design-build firm based in San Diego, California. With degrees in architecture and landscape architecture, and more than 25 years of experience spanning residential construction, healthcare interior design, and sustainable landscape architecture, Vero brings a rare combination of technical mastery and a deeply human vision to every project she touches. She built EcoDesignSD from the ground up—through illness, surgeries, divorce, and the beautiful chaos of single motherhood—driven by an unshakable belief that great design heals people, transforms lives, and makes the world more beautiful one space at a time.
Vero leads with compassion, designs with purpose, and treats every client, employee, and community she touches like family. Under her leadership, EcoDesignSD has grown to a team of 15 with a portfolio of over 100 projects, specializing in water-wise, drought-tolerant landscapes that are as sustainable as they are stunning. Beyond her work, Vero is deeply committed to giving back, regularly supporting orphanages in Tijuana, Mexico, because she believes that caring for people and caring for the earth are never separate causes. She is a living example that resilience, purpose, and grace can build something extraordinary—and that the strongest voice you will ever need is already living inside you.
