Erica M. Odom, widely known as Coach Erica, is a Milwaukee native, real estate investor since the age of 19, and the owner and founder of Odom Investments & Property Management. As a success coach, radio personality, and host of On The Journey With Coach Erica, she uses her platform to inspire individuals to pursue purpose, financial empowerment, and personal growth. Coach Erica is also a published author of two books, a licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker, and a proud member of the Business Professional Women’s Federation. Her mission is deeply rooted in community impact—working to break generational cycles caused by a lack of financial literacy by equipping both children and adults with the tools they need on their journey to success.
Founded in 2018, Odom Investments & Property Management is built on a foundation of integrity, providing quality housing within the community while maintaining strong partnerships with investor partners. Through her business, Coach Erica also mentors young adults through the Scale Up Journey Program, an in-house internship initiative that teaches real estate, property management, and project management. Beyond business, she continues her mission through financial literacy workshops for youth and adults, including her Financial Bootcamp for Kids offered in local school districts, while also participating in and hosting community service initiatives. Outside of her professional pursuits, Coach Erica enjoys international travel, with her most recent destination being the Maldives. She is a living testament that with grit, dedication, consistency, and the courage to keep moving forward—even through failure—anything is possible on the journey to success.
