Angeline Soto is a transformational learning designer, educator, workforce development leader, and community builder with more than 25 years of experience creating innovative learning experiences that empower people to grow, connect, and thrive. Throughout her career in government, nonprofit organizations, education, and community engagement, she has led award-winning workforce development initiatives, redesigned employee onboarding programs for hundreds of new hires at a time, developed nationally recognized career development programs, strengthened volunteer and community engagement efforts, and supported large-scale emergency response operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, Angeline is the founder of MoondaAura and Auric Spectrum Academy, two complementary organizations dedicated to reimagining how people learn throughout every stage of life. Her work blends human-centered design, emotional intelligence, creative education, leadership development, and personal transformation to help individuals, families, organizations, and communities unlock their potential.
